Fit for Life Sessions

Year 3 really enjoyed their first fit 4 life session looking how they can stay healthy and improve their fitness. They learned about the different food groups, why they are important to us and how to have a balanced diet. Then, they each gave themselves a challenge to increase the amount of activity they complete everyday such as if they normally only do half an hour of exercise a day, can they increase that to an hour a day or can they try a new activity.
